If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Before requesting a refund, consider these alternatives:
We may offer account credit instead of a refund, which can be used for future purchases. Credit is often processed faster and may include a bonus amount.
If you experienced downtime, we may extend your subscription by the affected period plus additional compensation days.
You may be able to upgrade or downgrade your plan with the price difference adjusted accordingly.
If you disagree with our refund decision:
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us will result in immediate and permanent account suspension. We actively dispute all unauthorized chargebacks.
Once approved, refunds are initiated within 24 hours. Depending on your payment method, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Partial refunds may be considered for annual subscriptions if less than 30 days have passed and minimal usage has occurred.
Your account will be immediately suspended and all associated data may be deleted. You will need to purchase a new subscription to regain access.
